5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Neero Water.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Warranty

Selected products include a 6-Month Limited Warranty.

Products covered under warranty include a Warranty Card inside the package.

Warranty claims require:

  • Original Warranty Card

  • Valid Order ID or Invoice

  • Photos or videos of the issue

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
